Project Description
SSB Watch Receiver antenna Swivel Base Mount and Upper support Connectors and New RG213 cables, installation, installation materials Port SAT C Installed new Cable and TNC connectors for Antenna. Tested operation and logged into AROW sent test to CES STBD SAT C Installed new Connector and ran the original antenna cable back up to top of Mast and installed antenna.
Tested operation and logged into AROW sent test to CES Spliced SSAS Antenna cable inside of Dog House on top of Bridge. I found a 10 amp fuse was blown when someone cut this cable. I advise Capt. Patrick and showed him the Fuse holder to replace blown fuse when he is ready to activate it.
Installed Owner supplied Batteries into the GMDSS console, I Had Ships crew member Tim Replace GYRO / Radar UPS Battery Installed Owner supplied Furuno DS80 Speed log Transmitter, Distribution Unit and Control Display unit, Transducer.
As a standalone unit. No interfacing, installation materials provided Continuation Ran New GPS antenna cable RG8X for the Furuno DGPS and Installed TNC connectors.
Differential Antenna missing for the Furuno DGPS, I did not run an Antenna coax cable for the differential Antenna Ran New GPS antenna cable RG8X for the Furuno AIS and Installed TNC connectors Ran New antenna cable RG213 for the Furuno Navtex Antenna. Antenna is missing and a new antenna was not installed Furuno Weather Fax antenna, I had Welders replace antenna Kick pipe and antenna mounting mast. I re installed antenna to the new Mast Checked KVH Antenna cabling and operation of BDE, Antenna performs intil sweep than stops, communication at BDE is not working, further T/S is needed. MTN Satellite Dome I researched Helix connectors.
